Our management team draws on direct experience of working in the design industry. We have extensive experience in managing design, operations and IT functions in several prominent design firms.
We work closely with senior staff and key employees of each client to shape forward-looking IT strategies. this collaboration helps us to focus on what is important to the client concerned, which in turn assists us to draw up well-considered and appropriate IT development goals. Our aim is to improve working practices and efficiency not only cost-effectively but in accordance with the aims and style of each client's business.
We stay in constant contact with on-site support personnel through secure instant messaging, email and telephone calls, and are able to make management overviews of each client's IT setup by monitoring our issue management system. Our management team also makes regular visits to our clients' offices to "walk the floor" and meet staff members. This enables the team to discuss issues as (and before) they arise.
