We design our clients' IT infrastructures to provide excellent reliability and value for money. Daily monitoring of every server ensures that the stability of our clients' infrastructure is maintained, while current and future needs are regularly reassessed to ensure that capacity meets demand.
Our system administration team monitor and maintain systems to a high standard, using strict auditing procedures to ensure the best possible performance of hardware. We set ourselves with ambitious targets to minimise downtime. Targets and performance are reported to each client on a regular basis.
CLW use open-source technology wherever possible, to optimise the value of our clients' hardware and to configure services that are most appropriate to each client's needs. The majority of our servers run on Linux Debian distribution. Another benefit accruing from our use of open-source software is our clients pay less in licencing costs.
